To provide Spoken English teaching to a very high standard to equip local people, especially the young, to fulfill their role in the global village, where knowledge of English is a major advantage.

To provide classes through which those who are not able to read and write can have that opportunity which has been missed earlier on in their lives. 

To provide nursery level education in areas where small children would not otherwise have this opportunity.
