To establish an effective process through which the poor and vulnerable people, specially the women, children and disabled in the society will be capable, self-sufficient and self-governed by building capacity, institution, capital, utilization of local available resources and imparting need based problem solving healthy and environmentally sound programs by involving necessary skilled, trained and experienced staff.
